摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜癌患者手术前后血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法通过免疫放射分析法测定35例子宫内膜癌患者术前、术后1个月的血清IGF-I水平,并与35名健康人进行比较。结果子宫内膜癌患者术前血清IGF-I水平与健康对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但低分化子宫内膜癌患者血清IGF-I水平为(54.14±12.38)μg/L,明显高于高、中分化患者(45.52±11.67)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和术前IGF-I水平[(48.72±10.58)μg/L]相比,术后1个月时IGF-I水平[(43.23±11.36)μg/L]明显降低(P<0.05)。结论血清IGF-I水平检测有助于判断手术疗效,并能有针对性地指导术后辅助治疗。Objective To observe the changes of serum IGF-I（insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ） in patients with endometrial cancer before and after operation,so as to explore the clinical significance.Methods The serum IGF-I in 35 patients with endometrial cancer were detected before and after operation for one month,and contrasted to those of 35 normal people.Results The serum IGF-I in patients with endometrial cancer were not significantly higher than normal people（P〉0.05）.But those of the patients with poorly-differentiated endometrial cancer were significantly higher than those with well-differentiated and differentiated endometrial cancer（P〈0.05）.Compared with those of preoperation,the level of serum IGF-I decreased dramatically in patients after operation for one month（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Detection of serum IGF-I was helpful to judge the operation effect.It also could guide the assistant therapy after operation.
