高血压伴糖尿病患者血浆内皮素及降钙基因相关肽测定的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压(EH)伴糖尿病(DM)患者血管内皮及肾功能受损程度。方法:采用放射免疫分析测定87例EH患者(其中48例伴DM)血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙基因相关肽(CGRP)含量变化,并与正常对照组65例进行比较。结果:EH患者血浆ET水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),CGRP则较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。EH伴有DM者血浆ET水平较EH不伴DM组显著增高(P<0.05),CGRP水平则进一步降低。结论:EH伴DM患者不仅血管内皮系统损伤,也存在不同程度的肾功能损伤。Objective：To investigate hypertension（EH） with diabetes mellitus（DM） in patients with vascular endothelial and renal function damage.Methods：Radioimmunoassay analysis（RIAs） determination of 87 patients with EH（48 cases with DM）,plasma endothelin（ET）,calcitonin gene-related peptide（CGRP） content,compared with the normal control group of 65 cases.Results：Of patients with EH plasma ET levels were higher than the normal control group（P〈0.01）,of CGRP than the control group was significantly lower（P〈0.01）.EH associated with DM,plasma ET levels compared with the EH is not accompanied by the DM group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,of CGRP level is further reduced.Conclusion：EH with DM patients is not only the damage of the vascular endothelial system,but also varying degrees of renal function.
