广东农村土地适度规模经营问题调查研究

摘　　要：促进土地适度规模经营,目的是为了提高土地利用率和投入产出率,从而实现规模经济效益。土地规模经营是现代农业的必由之路,是发展现代农业、加强农村经济建设的客观要求。为了解广东省农村土地经营规模的基本情况,本文通过调查研究分析了受访农户中不同类型农作物的耕种面积,得出了目前农村整体经营规模较小的结论,并剖析了促进土地规模经营的制约因素。最后在此基础上提出了促进土地规模经营,实现农民增收的对策。The promotion of land moderate scale management, is aimed to improve land utilization and input-output rate, in order to achieve economies of scale.Land moderate scale management is the important way to achieve modern agriculture.It is the objective requirement of the development of modem agriculture and the strengthen of rural economy. In order to understand the scale of rural land management in Guangdong Province,we do a research on the average acreage of different types of crops, making a conclusion that it still not achieve scale land management, and make analysis of the constraints to the promotion of land moderate scale management. At last, we propose counter- measures to the promotion of land moderate scale management, in order to improve our farmers＇ income.
