摘  要:以芦丁为对照品,通过正交设计优化怀菊花中总黄酮超声波提取条件,于505 nm处采用紫外分光光度法测定怀菊花中总黄酮的含量.在总黄酮为0~50μg/mL范围内,吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,超声波提取怀菊花总黄酮以A2B2C2组合为最佳提取条件,提取率为114.47 mg/g.该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠且稳定性好,可为怀菊花的药理研究提供信息和依据.A method for determining the flavonoids content in the Huai chrysanthemum with " Ultrasound-assisted Extraction Ultraviolet Speetrophotometry" is developed. Our research uses rutin as a reference to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions of total flavonoids in the Huai chrysanthemum by using the method of an orthogonal test and the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of flavonoids at 505nm. When the flavonoids in the range of 0 - 50 g/mL, there is a good linear relationship between absorbance and concentration. The optimal condition for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids in the Huai chrysanthemum is A2B2C2 and extraction rate is 114.47 mg/g. The average recovery rate is 99.76% and RSD is 0.10%. The method is simple, stable and the results are accurate. Therefore, it can provide the information and evidence for pharmacological studies of the Huai chrysanthemum.
