摘　　要：优秀企业在发展过程中,将不可避免的发展壮大。发展到一定程度,集团管控也自然成为集团型企业管理的重要话题。集团管控信息先行,而信息在层级链上传递时往往失真。信息失真,小则引起企业耽误决策造成损失、严重则影响企业生存,这是大型多层级组织经常面对的问题。因此集团管控的信息化应用成为企业集团研究与探索的重要课题。During the developing process of excellent enterprise, it is unavoidable that the enterprise will expand, when the development reaches certain extent, the group＇s management and control will spontaneously become the key-point of the business conglomerate＇s management. The information of group＇s management and control should be the prior, but the information was always lose its realness when transmitted by Hierarchy chain, if the information lost the realness, at least, it would influence the enterprise＇s decision which would cause loss, at most it would endanger the enterprise＇s existence, this is a serious problem which large-scale organizations have to confront. So the informatization application of group＇s management and control will become the key topics of business conglomerate＇s research and exploration.
