摘  要:[目的]采用乙醇提取法,优选香樟根总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]选择乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交设计L9(34)进行提取工艺优选试验。[结果]回归方程为:Y=13.68X-0.0027,r2=0.998,芦丁浓度在0.0—0.04516mg/mL范围内有良好线性关系,最佳提取工艺为:乙醇的体积分数为50%,料液比为1:20,温度为70℃,提取时间为2h。[结论]优选的提取工艺简单、易行,可作为开发香樟根制剂的依据。Objective: Using of ethanol extraction to Optimize extraction technology of total Flavonoids from Cinnamomum camphora roots. Method:Through ethanol concentration , the solid liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time as the study factors, the optimum process for extracting the flavonoids by Orthogonal design L9 (3^4) . Resuhs:The regression equation was Y = 13. 68X -0. 0027 ,r2 =0.99 8 ,confirming a good linear relationship between the concentration and absorbance of rutin in the range of 0. 0 - 0. 04516mg · mL-1 , the optimum conditions of extracting were 50% ethanol, solid liquid ratio is 1:20, extraction temperature is 70℃: , extraction time is 2 h. Conclusion:Optimization of the extraction process is simple and easy , could be used the basis for the development of camphor root preparations.
