Oscar Wilde, the representative figure of the aestheticism movement in the United Kingdom in 19th century, had created many fairy tales with profound connotation and tragic implication by using a unique narrative style. He endowed these fantastic works with rich imagination and emotion, carrying out his elegant narrative layout and elaboration by using two contradictory poles between the material and spirit. In addition, he created many successful tragical characters and narrated their unhappy life and sorrowful love stories with a changeable narrative tone. As a silent implied author who never involved the process of the narration of the stories themselves, Oscar Wilde made good use of the binary opposition of narrative perspectives to make sad stories which really showed the spiritual intrinsic of religious salvation and a hidden view of homosexuality. To some degree, these tragedies seemed to have pointed out the clue of Oscar Wilde's personal life, the prediction about his ultimate fate, and the reflection of his exploration and pursuit of the essence of life and art.
