摘 要:为了研究我国黄花蒿中青蒿素含量空间分布规律,利用GPS定位,实地采样63份,测定青蒿素含量,地统计学方法分析青蒿素含量的空间趋势和空间变异。结果表明:我国黄花蒿中青蒿素含量有中等强度的相关性(C0/C0+C=34.693%),存在空间趋势效应;在进行简单Kriging插值时,趋势效应参数宜选择0阶,理论模型宜选圆状模型(circular model)。青蒿素含量存在空间趋势效应,东西向呈抛物线趋势效应,由北向南呈明显增加趋势,结构分析表明青蒿素含量有中等的空间相关性。Sixty-three samples were collected from primary areas of Artemisia annua L.in China positioned by Global Position System(GPS) to investigate spatial distribution of artemisinin content.Spatial trends and spatial variability of artemisinin content were analyzed using geostatistics.The results showed that there was moderate spatial correlation(C0/ C0+C=34.693%) and surface trend(0-order) for artemisinin content.Comparisons of semi-variogram parameters of the simple kriging prediction with different trends and theoretical models indicated that 0-Order trend effect and Gaussian model were preferable.Artemisinin content showed gradient-like distribution with parabola trend from east to west and low-to-high trend from north to south.Structural analysis showed that there was moderate spatial correlation of artemisinin content.
