摘 要:开发应用低碳环保的沥青改性剂是当前公路建设中急需解决的技术问题之一。在介绍杜仲胶硫化过程及硫化胶物理力学性能、良好的工程学特性及工程应用前景的基础上,提出了将天然可再生橡胶———杜仲胶硫化后作为改性剂与沥青共混后用于公路路面材料新途径。进行了硫化杜仲胶沥青改性的最佳交联度研究和沥青与沥青混合料性能试验,试验结果验证了低碳环保的硫化杜仲胶用于沥青改性的可行性和比较适合西部高寒地区对低温性能要求高的特点。Currently, overseas and domestic asphalt modifier is mostly gained from petroleum by product, which has a high price and can not reborn. So the kind of asphalt modifier can not satisfy the requirement of increasing highway construction. It is necessary to find a new modifier, which is natural and reborn, and has good performance and feasible price. Introducing the vulcanizing process of eucommia ulmoides gum and the physical mechanics function of vulcanized gum, and explaining good engineering characteristic and engineering application foreground of eucommia ulmoides gum. The new approach is presented to blend asphalt with eucommia ulmoides gum as a modifier used in pavement material of highway. The analysis of infrared spectrum and scan electricity mirror and asphalt basic index experiment are made. The results indicate that eucommia ulmoides gum is feasibile for asphalt modifying and applied on west zone of high-altitude and chilliness.
