改制国企社区思想政治工作对策研究——基于成都市新都区新兴社区的调查

摘　　要：结合改制国企社区思想政治工作的重要性和必要性,通过对成都市新都区新兴社区思想政治工作的调查,分析了改制国企社区思想政治工作取得的成果和不足,提出组织创新、途径创新、方法创新、内容创新、手段创新等有利于完善改制国企社区思想政治工作的对策建议,解决改制国企社区思想政治工作存在的问题,促进和谐社区建设。Ideology and politics work in communities of restructured stated- owned enterprises is of great importance. The authors carry out a survey of ideology and politics work in Xinxing community in Xindu District of Chengdu Mu- nicipality, and analyze both the achievements and problems. Based on the previous work, we suggest that innovation in organization, approaches and methods, content and measures will contribute to the improvement in the ideology and politics work in communities of restructured state- owned enterprises. Such innovation also helps the construc- tion of harmonized communities.
