摘  要:为探索拉萨半干旱河谷地带性植被—砂生槐灌丛的恢复重建和分类经营的方法和途径,采用Delphi(专家咨询法)和AHP(层次分析法)相结合的方法,在相关指标调查的基础上,选择8个指标因子,建立退化评价指标体系及相应的综合评定指数,评判拉萨半干旱河谷砂生槐群落灌丛退化程度。结果表明:1)砂生槐群落盖度<10%,退化指数为0.78,属于极度退化;群落盖度10%~30%,退化指数为0.61,属重度退化;群落盖度30%~60%,退化指数为0.49,属中度退化;盖度≥60%以上,指数为0.27,属轻度退化。2)在极度退化地段应采取植被重建,人工进行恢复;重度和中度退化的可采用人工促进和封育措施来控制干扰强度,改善干扰方式,促进自然恢复;对于轻度退化的可采用轮牧的方式进行适度的经营活动。Shrub community of Sophora moorcroftiana is a zonal vegetation type in semi-arid valley of Lha- sa. In order to develop the method for its restoration and specific managements, based on the survey of rel- evant indicators, this paper established evaluation index system and corresponding indices by using Delphi and AHP methods. The results showed that the degradation of the community could be divided into 4 lev- els: extreme (with the coverage of less than 10 %, and degradation index of 0.78), severe (with the cover- age of less than 10% to 30%,, and degradation index of 0. 61), medium (with the coverage of 30% to 60%, and degradation index of 0.49), and minor degradation (with the coverage of equal or more than 60%, and degradation index of 0, 27). In the region with extreme degradation, artificial restoration should be adopted; in the regions with severe and medium degradations, measures such as artificial promotion res- toration and enclosure should be applied to control the intensity of disturbance, and to enhance natural res- toration; in the minor degradation region, measures such as rotational grazing could be adopted to carry out moderate production activities.
