摘　　要：通过对某中学教学楼进行的可靠性检测鉴定,介绍了可靠性鉴定的基本步骤及应检测内容,并对结构现状、结构安全性、正常使用性、结构抗震性能、结构适修性的鉴定等方面进行了阐述,提出可靠性鉴定结论,并对存在的问题提出处理措施,为工程人员提供参考。Based on the reliability detection and identification of a teaching building of a middle school, this paper describes the basic steps of the reliability identification and contents should be detected, meanwhile illustrates status of the structure, the structural safety, normal-use, earthquake resistance of structure, identification of appropriateness of repair, has drawn the conclusions of reliability identification, suggests measures to solve the existed problems, as well as provides a reference for the engineering staff.
