摘　　要：随着近几年液晶显示技术在诸多领域的广泛应用和新技术的推出,对液晶生产工艺的要求也越来越高。在液晶显示器的后工序生产制造中,偏光片贴附是关键工序,所以贴片是影响产品质量和生产效率的主要关键工序之一,现代化流水生产线对贴片工艺设备有高精度、高效率及高可靠性要求。文章主要介绍了LCD玻璃后工序制程中的贴片工艺,针对现有贴片工艺设备所存在的缺陷,对贴片工艺设备的关键技术和如何提高贴片的良品率做了分析。With the application of liquid crystal display technique in most fields and the promotion of new technologies in recent years, the request for manufacture technologies of liquid crystal production becomes more and more strict. In the production of the subsequent processes of LCD, polarizer attaching is the important process, so the polarizer attaching machine is one of key equipments of influencing the product quality and efficiency. The modern manufacturing pipeline requests polarizer attaching equipments and technologies with high accuracy, high efficiency and high reliability.
