摘　　要：近年来，人民币伴随着中国内地的开放及经济高速发展而不断走向国际化。作为“人民币走出去”的首站，香港人民币市场目前已初具规模。随着跨境人民币业务在全球范围的展开，离岸人民币由香港扩散到全球，人民币国际化的重N心已从扩大香港人民币市场转向推动人民币走向海外，然而，香港离岸人民币市场仍将在相当长的一段时间里保持领先的地位，香港仍然是离岸人民币的主市场。In recent years, along with the opening-up and rapid economic growth of China's Mainland, RMB has been moving towards internationalization. As the first stop to implement the ＂RMB going out＂, Hong Kong＇s RMB market begins to take shape. With the global expansion of cross-border RMB business, offshore RMB business spreads from HK to the world, and the focus of RMB internationalization shifts from expanding HK RMB market to promoting RMB to go global. However, HK＇s offshore RMB market will still take the lead for quite a long time and HK remains to be the primary market of offshore RMB.
