摘 要:针对发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障时的电磁转矩特性进行了理论分析和实验研究。首先分析了转子绕组匝间短路后气隙磁场变化特征,计算得到气隙磁势、气隙磁导和气隙磁场能量表达式,然后利用虚位移原理,推导得到了电磁转矩的理论计算公式,并通过比较故障前后电磁转矩的变化,以及考虑振动偏心和不考虑振动偏心的电磁转矩变化,最终得到了发电机转子绕组匝间短路时作用于转子的电磁转矩的变化规律。并实测了SDF-9型一对极故障模拟发电机和MJF-30-6型三对极故障模拟发电机转子绕组匝间短路时的电磁转矩,与理论分析结果基本吻合。This paper analyses the characteristics of electro-magnetic torque for generators which is caused by rotor winding inter-turn short circuit faults with theoretical analysis and experiment research.Firstly,it analysed characteristics of air-gap magnetic field with the same faults and deduced formulations of air gap magnetic motive force,air-gap permeance and the air-gap energy.Secondly,the formulation of electro-magnetic torque was deduced by principle of virtual displacement and its change rules were given through comparing the differences of electro-magnetic torque between before and after the faults and also taking vibration eccentricity into consideration or not.Finally an experiment based on SDF-9 type and MIF-30-6 type generators was performed and the results are roughly identical with theoretical analysis.
