摘  要:介绍了目前国内正在推广应用的熔融高塔造粒和熔融油冷塔式造粒技术生产复混肥的主要设备及工艺流程。高塔造粒无需干燥,无三废排放,但前期投资费用大,产品配比有一定局限性;而油冷塔式造粒的产品表面光滑且可防止结块,但油耗大,易造成污染。在高塔造粒工艺中增加液相量以生产出除高氮外的其他品种和带式过滤机在油冷造粒工艺中的应用,是熔体造粒技术今后的发展方向。A description is given of the fusion high-tower and fusion oil-cooling prilling processes applied and disseminated at home at present, with their main pieces of equipment and process flows for the production of compound fertilizers. The high-tower process does not require drying at high temperature, waste disposal, but its investment in the earlier stage is high, and product proportioning is limited. The product from oil-cooling has a smooth surface, prevents caking, but the oil consumption is high and easily pollutes. An increase in liquid other than high-nitrogen ones, and the use of the direction for future expansion in the fusion prilling phase in the high-tower process will give products belt filter in the oil-cooling prilling process is the technology.
