摘　　要：熔融尿素装置开工运行以来,工艺管道支吊架系统出现了一系列问题,如变形、开裂、脱钩、断裂等。经分析,提出相应解决方案并实施技术改造,以消除因设计、安装及制造原因导致部分管道、设备振动等可能诱发的破坏性安全隐患。Since start-up operation of urea melting unit, there has been a series of problems in process pipelines and the hangers and supports, such as deformation, cracking, unhooking and fracture. To eliminate hidden perils in equipment safety caused by vibration of some pipelines and equipment due to design, installation and manufacturing, an analysis is carried out and a solution scheme is proposed and technical transformation is implemented in connection with the problems.
