复方苦参注射液减轻直肠癌术后放化疗副反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液在直肠癌术后放化疗中的作用。方法:118例直肠癌术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组58例应用三维适形放疗+化疗,放化疗联合复方苦参组(治疗组)60例治疗同对照组+复方苦参注射液,观察两组治疗后临床症候、放射性直肠反应,生存质量、肝功能和白细胞的变化。结果:治疗组临床症候,放射性直肠反应和生存质量的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),白细胞降低较对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合放化疗可显著减轻直肠癌术后放化疗的不良反应,改善患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the function of compound Kushen injection in reducing the side reaction of chemo-radiotherapy for patients after rectal cancer operation. Methods： 118 patients were enrolled,58 patients to observe group （three-dimensional conformal radiationtherapy combined with chemotherapy）,while 60 patients were randomized to treatment group （chemoradiotherapy plus compound Kushen injection ）.The variation of clinical symptoms,the response of the radioactive rectum, the quality of life, liver function and white blood cells after treatment were observed.Results： The improve of clinical symptoms and response of the radioactive rectum and quality of life in observe group were better than that in control group,as well as the diminution of white blood cells in observe group were more littler than that in control group,which was statistically significant in the difference（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy plus compound Kushen injection can reduce the adverse effects of chemoradiotherapy of rectal cancer , as well as improve the quality of life.
