摘 要:目的探讨医学生不同性别对其职业能力与人际交往能力的影响。方法采用《职业生涯规划测验量表》对294例某医学院在校男生及174例在校女生进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果医学院在校男女生职业能力得分区间为60~240分,主要分布在120~149分;交往水平得分区间为20~120分,主要分布在40~49分;人际交往得分区间为15~56分,主要分布在30~34分,经χ2检验,男生与女生在职业能力方面差异无统计学意义(χ2=8.215,P>0.05)。结论医学生的性别对其职业能力及人际交往无影响。[ Objective]To study the effect of the different gender on medical students' vocational skill and interpersonal skill. [ Methods] Career Planning Scale was adopted to carry out questionnaire survey on 294 cases of male medical students and 174 cases of female medical students. The results were analyzed. [ Results ] The interval of vocational ability score of male and female medical students was 60-240 points, mainly distributed in 120-149 points. The interval of the communication level score of male and female medical students was 20-120 points, mainly distributed in the 40-49 points. The interval of interpersonal communication score of male and female medical students was 15-56 points, mainly distributed in the 30-34 points. There was no significant difference between male and female medical students in vocational skill( χ2 = 8.215, P 〉 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion] The gender of medical students has no effect on their vocational skill and interpersonal skill.
