摘　　要：目的了解掌握河北省成安县医疗机构各方面消毒工作质量,为今后医疗消毒提供可靠依据,督促医疗机构提高消毒质量。方法对成安县医疗机构2009—2011年检测结果资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2009—2011年对成安县各级医疗机构共采样检测4 421件,合格3 191件,平均合格率为72.18%;其中2011年检测合格率为76.25%,明显高于2010年(72.48%)和2009年(66.29%);不同级别医疗机构检测合格率以县级为最高,为84.19%;村级最低,为67.83%。不同检测项目中消毒剂的合格率最高,为78.93%;室内空气的合格率最低,为50.00%。结论成安县医疗机构消毒检测合格率不高,消毒检测质量还有待巩固和提高,各级行政领导和医疗机构应重视消毒检测工作,加强管理,有关部门应进一步加强监督监测工作。[ Objective] To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Cheng＇an County of Hebei, provide a reliable basis for medical disinfection in future, and urge the medical institutions to improve the disinfection quality. [ Methods] The detection results of medical institutions in Cheng＇an County from 2009-2011 were analyzed retrospectively. [ Results] A total of 4 421 samples from different levels of medical institutions were collected and tested from 2009-2011,3 191 were qualified with the average qualified rate of 72.18%. The qualified rate in 2011 was 76.25%, which was significantly higher than that in 2010 （72.48%） and 2009 （66.29%）. Among different levels of medical institutions, the qualified rate of County-level medical institutions was the highest （84.19%）, and that of village-level medical institutions was the lowest （67.83%）. Among different items, the qualified rate of disinfectant was the highest （ 78.93% ）, and that of indoor air was the lowest （ 50.00% ）. [ Conclusion] The qualified rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Cheng＇an County is not satisfactory. The administrative departments and medical institutions should pay attention to disinfection detection and strengthen management. The relevant departments should further strengthen supervision and monitoring.
