2种封管液在老年患者留置针封管应用中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较2种封管液应用于老年患者静脉留置针封管的效果。方法将应用静脉留置针输液的门诊老年患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组用生理盐水封管,对照组用肝素钠稀释液封管。比较2组堵管、回血、外渗、静脉炎发生率及置管留置时间。结果 2组患者堵管、回血、外渗、静脉炎发生率及置管留置时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用生理盐水封管,操作简单,无需放置于冰箱内,价格便宜,符合人体生理要求,对血管刺激性小,不受病种限制,扩大了静脉留置针术输液技术的应用范围,更适合老年患者。Objective To compare the application effect of two kinds of indwelling needle sealing solution in elderly patient. Methods 60 cases patients with venous infusion of indwelling needle were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Observation group were with physiological saline for sealing pipe, control group were with heparin sodium diluent liquid for sealing pipe. Compared the incidence rate of blocked tube, back blood, extravasation, phlebitis and catheter indwelling time of two groups. Results Compared the incidence rate of blocked tube, back blood, extravasation, phlebitis and catheter indwelling time of two groups,there were no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Physiologi- cal saline sealing pipe, simple operation, no need to be place in the refrigerator, cheap, in line with human physiology, vascular irritation small, free from disease restrictions and expand the scope of application of the intravenous catheter needle technique infusion technology, is more suitable for the elderly patient.
