摘　　要：目的探讨普外科患者术后使用一次性镇痛泵的临床效果及护理。方法选择普外科术后使用一次性镇痛泵患者1100例,对其进行有效的治疗和护理,观察其护理效果。并随机选取其中99例作为观察组,观察其疼痛优良率及尿潴留情况。结果 1100例普外科患者护理总有效率为98.18%。观察组疼痛优良率为95.56%,未发生尿潴留。结论一次性镇痛泵用于普外科术后镇痛,给药准确、迅速,效果好,临床镇痛效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and nursing of postoperative using disposable infusion pump in patient of general surgical. Methods Selected 1100 cases patients of postoperative used disposable infusion pump in general surgical, to effective treatment and care, to observe the care effect. And randomly selected 99 cases for observation group,to ob- serve the excellent rate of their pain and urinary retention. Results 1100 cases patients of general surgery, the total effective rate was 98.18%. Pain excellent rate of observation group was 95.56% ,did not occur to urinary retention. Conclusion Dis- posable infusion pump for general surgery postoperative analgesia, administration of accurate, rapid, effective, precise clinical analgesic effect, worthy of clinical application.
