多种介入技术个体化联合治疗周围动脉闭塞性疾病临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨多种介入技术联合治疗周围动脉闭塞性疾病围手术期的护理方法和应用价值。方法选取1994年5月～2011年5月期间接受介入治疗的846例周围动脉闭塞性疾病患者的临床护理资料,总结在介入术前及术后的护理经验。结果通过精心护理,患者术前能积极配合手术准备,术后临床症状均有明显改善。结论护理在多种介入技术联合治疗周围动脉急、慢性闭塞疾病患者的介入治疗中发挥着重要作用。Objective To study the nursing method and application value in the interventional treatment of the peripheral arterial occlusive disease. Methods From May 1994 to May 2011, clinical nursing material of 846 patients suffered from peripheral arterial occlusive disease and accepted our interventional therapy were collected. So the nursing experience pre and post operation was summed up. Results Through the carful nursing, patients could actively cooperated with the operation and clinical symptoms were improved obviously after the surgery. Conclusion Nursing plays an important role in interventional treatment of patients suffered peripheral artery occlusion of the acute and chronic disease.
