5594例泉州地区儿童体检血铅水平临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解该地区儿童血铅水平及其中毒情况。方法采用阳极溶出伏安法,采集2010年5594例0～18岁门诊儿童静脉血液检测铅含量,并比较不同年龄组男、女童的血铅水平和临床特征。结果在5594例化验的儿童中,本组儿童血铅水平为(58.88±1.62)μg/L,血铅≥lOOμg/L共381例,超标率达6.81%。其中男童274例血铅超标,超标率7.38%;女童107例超标,超标率5.69%;而且年长儿血铅超标较年幼儿高。结论儿童血铅水平随年龄的增长而增加,男童铅中毒检出率高于女童,应予以重视。Objective To investigate blood lead levels and lead poisoning of outpatients in Quanzhou. Methods The blood lead levels of 5594 children among 0 to 18 years old were measured by the assay of anodic stripping voltammetry. Results These children showed remarkable differences of blood lead levels according to their age and gender. Mean blood Pb concentration was （58.88±1.62） μg/L. 381 children （9.42%） were with a blood lead concentration ≥ 100μg/L, there are 274 samples from boy with 24.1%; 107 samples from girl with 13.6%. Conclusion The older, the higher of blood lead level. Boys had a higher blood lead levels than girls and we need pay more attention.
