摘　　要：目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和前白蛋白（PA）水平对诊断老年社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的应用价值。方法：分别检测健康老年组（年龄≥65岁），老年CAP组患者血清hs—CRP、PA水平的变化，将检测结果进行组间对照研究。结果：老年CAP组hs—CRP水平明显高于老年健康组（P〈0．01）；老年CAP组治疗后hs—CRP水平明显降低，而PA水平与hs—CRP呈负相关，在各组间比较也均具有统计学差异。结论：hs—CRP与PA可能参与老年cAP的发病过程，并在老年CAP发生、发展中起重要作用，hs—CRP与PA有助于老年CAP的临床诊断和疗效观察。Objective： To investigate the high sensitive C reactive protein （ hs--CRP ） and prealbumin （ PA ） levels for the diagnosis of aged patients with community acquired pneumonia （ CAP ） application value. Methods： detection of healthy elderly subjects （ age≥ 65 years ） in the CAP group, serum hs-- CRP, PA levels, the test results for the group control study. Results： the elderly group CAP hs--CRP levels were significantly higher than in healthy elderly group （ P 〈 0.01 ）; in group CAP after treatment with hs--CRP significantly decreased, and the levei of PA was negatively correlated with hs--CRP, in each group were statistically difference comparison. Conclusion： hs--CRP and PA may be involved in the pathogenesis of CAP and older, in elderly patients with CAP, plays an important role in the development, hs-CRP and PA contribute to older CAP clinical diagnosis and curative effect observation.
