垫枕练功治疗腰椎压缩性骨折125例的辩证施护

摘　　要：研究对象：回顾分析腰椎压缩性骨折且无脊髓神经损伤患者125（男83，女42）例，年龄范围7—96岁，平均47．8岁，平均住院20．8d，其中椎体压缩超过i／2者36例，压缩]／3—1／2者63例，压缩小于i／3者26例；方法：所有患者在常规处理的基础上，均采用垫枕练功法辅助治疗，并运用统计学进行相关性分析；结果：6～36月随访，根据骨折复位情况、功能恢复及患者社会功能恢复等标准评定：优：骨折复位好，生理曲度正常，恢复正常工作者92倒；良：骨折基本复位，畸形消失，功能恢复良好，恢复工作者24例；尚可：骨折部分复位，胜任轻体力劳动者7例；差：压缩椎体畸形，腰部活动受限。不能劳动者2例；总优良率96．7％，两者具有线性相关关系，相关系数r为0．52；结论：垫枕练功法对腰椎压缩性骨折无合并脊椎神经损伤患者有一定的治疗作用。Object of study： retrospective analysis of lumbar compression fracture and spinal cord injury patients and 125 （ male 83, female 42） patients, age range 7--96 years, average 47.8 years old, the average length of 20.8d, which vertebral compression than 1/2 in 36 eases, compression of 1/3--1/2 in 63 cases, compression of less than 1/3 in 26 cases; method： all patients in the conventional treatment on the basis of using pillow law practice, adjuvant treatment, and use of statistical correlation analysis; results： 6- 36 months follow up, according to the fracture reduction, recovery of function and the social function of the patients with restoration criteriaz quality： fracture complex good, normal physiological curvature, normal workers in 92 cases; good： basic deformity disap- peared, fracture reduction, good functional recovery, reeovery workers in 24 cases; also： fracture reset part, for light manual workers in 7 cases; difference： compression of vertebral deformities, waist activity limitation, not laborer in 2 cases; excellent and good rate was 96.7%, both of which have linear correlation, the correlation coefficient r was 0. 523 the conclusion bolster： Law Practice on lumbar compression fracture complicated with spinal cord injury patients without a eertain therapeutic effect.
