超微电流刺激骶神经配合前列腺导融治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨超微电流刺激骶神经配合前列腺导融治疗慢性前列腺炎的作用。方法：对60例Ⅱ型和ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎患者接受超微电流刺激骶神经配合经尿道前列腺导融治疗。将患者随机分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用超微电流刺激骶神经配合经尿道前列腺导融前列腺，对照组采用经尿道前列腺导融前列腺。经尿道行经尿道前列腺导融治疗前列腺每月治疗一次，三次为一疗程；超微电流刺激骶神，20分钟／次，1周1次，12周1疗程。观察记录治疗效果，统计学处理，比较两组疗效。结果：60例接受全部治疗，第2周时，两组NIH—cPsI症状评分和前列腺液中自细胞均减少；第4周时，治疗组部分患者NIH—cPsI和前列腺液中自细胞达到正常。完成4周治疗后，治疗组总治愈率和总有效率分别是73．2％和92．2％，对照组分别是65％和78．9％，两组P〈O．05，两组具有统计学差异；第6个月随访，治疗组总复发率15．6％；对照组为35％，P〈0．01，两组具有显著性差异。结论：超微电流刺激骶神经配合经尿道前列腺导融治疗慢性前列腺炎能尽快控制症状，减少前列腺炎复发的频率，获取更长久疗效。Objective： To study the treatment for chronic prostatitis role for ultrastructural sacral nerve stimulating current with electrochemical interven tional. Methods： Sixty cases of Ⅱ type and Ⅲ type A chronic prostatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group using sacral nerve ultrastructural stimulating current with transurethral electrochemical intervention in the prostate, were treated by transurethral electro chemical intervention prostate. Results： Complete 4 weeks after treatment, the treatment group total cure rate and total 73.2% and 92.2% group, respectively is 65% and 78.9%, two groups （P 〈 0.05）, and two groups have a statistics difference, Article 6 months follow--up, treatment group total 15.6% recurrence, The control group for 35%, P 〈 0.01, two groups have significant differences. Conclusion; Superfine stimulating current sacral nerve can control symp- toms as soon as possible, reducing prostatitis recurrence of frequency.
