摘　　要：目的：详细分析优质化服务在临床的应用现状。方法：利用SWOT分析法从优质化服务的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战四方面全面分析。结果：在实施优质化服务过程中全体医护人员全面了解优质化服务，在工作中能做到取长补短。结论：实施优质化服务提高护理质量。Objective： detailed analysis application of the quality of nursing service in the clinical situation. Methods： utilizing SWOT analysis analyze quali- ty of nursing service from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Results： all the staff fully understands the quality of nursing service during this procedure. Conclusion： application quality of nursing service improves nursing care.
