摘　　要：目的探讨漆包线工人的生存质量及其影响因素,为制定提高其生存质量的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法选取某漆包线企业工人做为研究对象,用世界卫生组织编制的生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)中文版进行问卷调查,测定并评价其生存质量现状。结果漆包线工人主观生存质量平均分为3.01分,主观总体健康状况平均分为3.25分,生理领域得(14.47±2.15)分,心理领域得(13.94±2.51)分,社会关系领域得(14.27±2.72)分,环境领域得(11.70±2.65)分,生理和环境领域得分低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。单因素分析表明,影响漆包线工人生理领域得分的因素有工伤、职务、工种和车间,环境领域有人均收入、人均住房面积、总工龄、车间、职务。多元回归分析可知,影响漆包线工人生理领域得分的因素有食欲和工伤,环境领域的有职务与家庭摩擦。结论漆包线工人的生存质量低于普通人群,应针对性地采取相应措施来提高其生存质量。[ Objective ] To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors among workers in enameled wire enterprise, pro- vide a scientific basis for developing the intervention measures. [ Methods] By using cluster sampling, workers were randomly se- lected from an enameled wire enterprise. World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief questionnaire （WHOQOL-BREF, Chi- nese version} was used to assess the quality of life. [ Results ] The mean score of subjective life quality and subjective health status was 3.01 and 3.25 respectively. The scores of the physiological domain, psychological domain, social relation domain and environ- mental domain were { 14.47 ± 2.15 }, （ 13.94 ± 2.51 }, （ 14.27 ± 2.72 ） and （ 11.70± 2.65 } respectively. The scores of physiological domain and environmental domain were significantly lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 }. The univariate analysis showed that the irLfluencing factors of scores of the physiological domain were occupational injury, post, type of work and workshop. The per ca- pita income, the per capita housing area, total working years, workshop and post were correlated with the score of the environmental domain. The result from multiple regression showed that the main factors which affected the physiological domain were appetite and occupational injury. Factors which affected the environmental domain were post and family friction. [ Conclusion] The quality of life of workers in enameled wire enterprise is lower than that of general population. It is necessary to carry out the specific measures to improve their quality of life.
