广州市6100例高温作业工人的空腹血糖回顾性调查

摘　　要：目的探讨广州市制造业高温作业工人的空腹血糖分布特征。方法回顾性调查31家企业6 100例制造业高温作业工人的空腹血糖检测结果。结果空腹血糖增高、空腹血糖受损和高糖血症的检出率分别为7.31%、4.51%和2.80%。各检出率随年龄组增大均呈递增趋势(P<0.01),男性各检出率均显著高于女性(P<0.01);废弃资源和废旧材料回收加工业与皮革、毛皮、羽毛(绒)及其制品业高温作业工人空腹血糖增高的检出率较高。结论该市应继续加强对制造业高温作业工人的空腹血糖监测,重点是男性、高年龄组、废弃资源和废旧材料回收加工业与皮革、毛皮、羽毛(绒)及其制品业工人。[ Objective] To study the distribution characteristics of iasting blood glucose among manactunng mOustry workers ex- posed to high temperature in Guangzhou City. [ Methods] A retrospective survey was conducted on fasting blood glucose screening results of 6 100 manufacturing industry workers exposed to high temperature from 31 enterprises. [ Results] The detection rate of fasting hyperglycemia, impaired fasting glucose and hyperglycemia was 7.31%, 4.51% and 2.80%, respectively. The detection rates increased with increasing age （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and all detection rates of males were higher than those of females significantly （P 〈0. 01 ）. The detection rates of fasting hyperglycemia of the high-temperature exposed workers who worked in waste resources and materials recycling industry, as well as leather, fur, feather （villus） and its products industry were higher. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of fasting blood glucose among manufacturing industry workers exposed to high temperature, especially in males, high-age group, and those who work in waste resources and materials recycling industry, as well as leather, fur, feather { villus） and its products industry.
