摘　　要：目的研究三硝基甲苯(TNT)对作业人员血液系统的影响,为开展职业危害的防护提供依据。方法对219名TNT作业人员进行血常规检查,并与对照组进行比较。结果 TNT组白细胞系异常发生率为53.9%,对照组为41.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);红细胞系和血小板组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TNT可使作业人员的白细胞系发生异常。[ Objective] To study the effect of trinitrotoluene （TNT） on workers, and provide basis for protection of occupational has- ards. [Methods]The blood routine examination was performed on 219 workers who exposed to TNT , the results were compared with control group. [ Results] The abnormality rate of leukocyte was 53.9% for TNT group and 41.3% for control group. A signifi- cant difference was found between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no differences of erythrocytes and blood platelets between 2 groups（P 〉0.05）. [ Conclusion] TNT can lead to abnormal increase of leukocyte of workers with exposure.
