摘  要:目的为卫生行政部门对某工程压路机新建设项目的职业卫生竣工验收提供依据,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和检查表等方法进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目的厂址选择、总平面布置及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业卫生防护设施、职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关法规要求,生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘(电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、其他粉尘),甲苯、二甲苯、异丙醇、乙酸丁酯、铅尘、铬酸盐、过氧化氢、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、锰及其无机化合物、臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、噪声、紫外辐射、工频电场等。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制措施基本有效,符合我国相关卫生法规和标准的要求。[ Objective ] To provide the basis for occupational health acceptance of this construction project for health administrative department, so as to protect the health of workers. [ Methods ] The field occupational hygienic investigation, detection of occupa- tional hazards in workplaces and check lists method were applied to perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation. [ Results] The site selection, general layout and equipment layout, buildings hygiene, occupational protective facilities and occupational health management of this construction project basically accorded with the national standards. The main occupational hazards in the pro- duction process included dust { welding fumes, abrasive wheel dust and other dust) , methyl benzene, xylene, isopropanol, n-butyl acetate, lead dust, chromate, lead oxidation hydrogen, dibutyl phthalate, manganese and its inorganic compounds, ozone, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, noise, ultraviolet radiation , power frequency electric field, etc. [ Conclusion ] The occupational haz- ards of this project are serious. The control measures of occupational hazard are effective, which accords with the requirements of national laws and standards.
