摘　　要：为了建立"人在回路"图像制导导弹射手控制模型,对射手操作行为进行了分析研究,采用理论分析法建立了射手模型的结构,用辅助变量法对模型参数进行了辨识。通过试验验证了射手建模的正确性,该方法也适用其它图像制导导弹的射手建模过程。In order to build a shooter＇s control model for the image-guided missile with the characteristic of ＂people-in-the-loop＂, the ac- tion of the shooter was analyzed,the method of theory was used to analyze and identify the model＇ s parameters with the model of assistant- variables. The model＇ s correctness was proved with simulation method,and this method advanced in this paper can also be used to build models of other similar shooter.
