摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎的治疗效果。方法秋季腹泻患儿88例随机分为两组,两组均给予补液等常规治疗,对照组42例应用利巴韦林抗病毒;治疗组46例应用喜炎平宁注射液抗病毒。比较总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率95.7%,对照组78.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.86,P<0.05),无不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎安全、有效,无不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of xiyanping injection on epidemic parotitis.Methods 88 cases of epidemic parotitis were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in the treatment group and 42 cases in the control group.The two groups were given conventional theraphy such as fluid infusion.Together with conventional theraphy the treatment group were given yanhuning injection to anti virus,but the control group were given libaweilin.To compare the total effectiveness rate and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results Compaired with the control group,the total effectiveness rate was 95.7% from the treatment group,but 78.6% from the control group.The significant difference was remarkable（χ2=5.86,P〈0.05）and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion The therapy of xiyanping injection on epidemic parotitis was safe and effective,and there was no adverse reaction.
