摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定测定清瘟解毒片中葛根素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18分析柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温30℃。结果:本方法线性范围为0.038 6～0.772μg(r=1.000),平均回收率在97.87%,RSD为0.42%(n=9)。结论:本方法灵敏准确,重现性好,适用于清瘟解毒片中葛根素的含量测定。Objective： An HPLC method was developed for the determination of Puerarin in Qingwen Jiedu tablets. Methods： The chromatographic separation was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm , 5 μm） for the analysis of the mobilephase was methanol - water（25： 75）, flow rate at 0.8 ml/min, Detection wavelength was set at 250 nm and column temperature was 30 ~C . Result： the linear range was 0. 038 6 ~ 0. 772 ~g （r = 1. 000）, the average recovery rate was 97.87%, RSD was 0.42% （ n = 9）. Conclusion： The method was sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the studying on the content of puerarin of in Qingwenjiedu Teblets.
