华发林药物相互作用检索工具的评价

摘　　要：目的:综合评价国内外药物相互作用查询软件。方法:以华发林为例用80对药物相互作用对每个软件进行测试,通过考查每个软件的灵敏性、特异性以及阳性和阴性结果的预测性评出准确性得分,通过药物相互作用的解释内容条目得出项目得分,每个软件用同样的3对药物进行测试检索时间,记录得分,累加上述3项分数为综合得分,综合得分越高,软件的功能性越好。结果:efact和lex-comp online综合得分分别为706分和680分,列前两位,对药物相互作用解释的项目内容也最全面(8项)。国内的药物咨询软件A、B的综合得分分别为646分和641分,列第3和第4,这两个软件查询速度最快,但对药物相互作用内容的解释还不够全面,与得分最高的efact软件尚有较大差距。免费软件的各项功能均不如收费软件。结论:国内软件与国外软件总体差别不大,付费软件综合性能好于免费软件。Objective ： Comprehensive evaluation of domestic and foreign drug interaction query software. Methods ： Chinese so~ wares A and B and foreign softwares including Efact, lex - comp, Drug reference and Drugs reference online were evaluated. Ac- curacy, comprehensiveness and analysis speed of every software were investigated. Each program was assessed for accuracy using 40 clinically important and 40 clinically unimportant drug interaction pairs. Accuracy was scored through the summation of software sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values. The comprehensiveness of each program was determined by thenumber of components in the drug interaction monograph, such as seriousness, speed, mechanism, reference level, discussion, and corresponding drugs etc. Time needed to identify the management of three important drug interactions defined each program＇ s ease of use. The aggregate scores for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and ease of use were calculated, the higher, the better. Re- sults ： Efact and lex - comp stayed at the top two places by 706 and 680 points respectively with the complete interpretation for drug interactions （8 items）. Scoring 646 and 641 points and with the most rapid enquire, domestic software A and B ranked third and fourth, but their description of drug interactions were less complete. The functions of the softwares charged were better than those free. Conclusion：There is a little difference between Chinese and other country＇ s softwares for drug interactions, and interpretation for drug interaction of the softwares charged is more comprehensive than those discharged.
