摘　　要：以西瓜杂交一代品种黑宝、红与黑、黑优美及其亲本为试验材料,利用SSR标记对西瓜杂交种纯度进行了快速鉴定筛选试验。从93对SSR引物中最终筛选到4对特异性引物可快速准确地区分父本、母本及F1代,且鉴定结果与大田鉴定结果一致;同时对西瓜大群体快速基因组DNA提取、PCR扩增等进行了优化,初步建立了西瓜杂交种纯度SSR分子鉴定技术体系。Polymorphic primer pairs were selected from 93 SSR primer pairs for Heibao, Hongyuhei, Heiyoumei F1 hybrids and their parents in this experiment. Four specific primer pairs distinguished the Fl hybrids and their parents and produced the same genetic purity reading as field grow-out test. The genome DNA isolation ,PCR amplification were optimized for the large sample sets. The SSR genetic purity test system of watermelon hybrid is initially established.
