早皇后甜瓜无菌系的初步建立

摘　　要：以早皇后甜瓜种子为材料,研究不同种子处理方式、NaClO浓度和培养基对其无菌苗生长的影响。结果表明:在早皇后甜瓜无菌系建立的过程中,不同的种子处理方式以去壳种子生长最快;4种不同的NaClO浓度,以15%的NaClO更有利于种子表面消毒;4种不同的培养基,以MS最有利于无菌苗的生长。＂Early Queen＂Hami melon seeds were used to investigate the effects of seed treatment methods, concentration of NaClO and culture media on growth of seedling in vitro. Out results indicated that de-coated seed grew the best in culture. The disinfectant NaCIO at 15% produced better results. MS medium was the best among 4 media tested.
