思他宁治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血不同疗程的疗效-费用分析

摘　　要：目的分析思他宁治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血用药不同疗程的疗效费用情况。方法63例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者，一组42例，行思他宁止血治疗，待出血停止后持续用药72h，另一组21例，持续时间约24h。结果思他宁治疗出血停止后持续用药72h组患者再出血率为4．76％，后者再出血率为23．81％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；思他宁治疗72h组的患者至最后一次出血停止一周期间的费用约（1．762±0．152）万元／人，治疗24h后停用组费用约（1．806±0．202）万元／人，两组比较差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者用思他宁治疗，停止出血后持续泵入思他宁72h更合理。Objective To analysis the cost-effectiveness of different course of somatostatin treatment for esophageal variceal bleeding. Method Analyze 63 cases with esophageal varieeal bleeding, including 42 cases, the course of somatostatin treatment for Esophageal Varieeal Bleeding since stop bleeding were 72 hours and 21 cases about 24 hours. Result the rate of rehaemorrhagia of 72-hours group is 4.76% the rate of the 24- hours group is 23.81%. There were statistically significant different between the two groups （P〈0.05） ,the cost of 72-hours group is 17.62：1：1.52 thousand ynan （RMB）per person and 18.06±2.02 thousand yuan （RMB） per person of the 24- hours group. There were no statistically significant different between the two groups（≥0.05 ）Conclusion the 72-hours course of somatostatin treatment for esophageal variceal bleeding is more reasonable
