摘　　要：目的研究NICU的早产儿在出院时宫外生长发育迟缓虹uGR）的发生情况（≤P10相应宫内生长曲线）。方法对2011年1月1日～2011年12月31日我院NICU中出院的126例早产、低出生体重儿进行体重的监测，并将其与中国15城市不同胎龄新生儿体重百分位数标准进行比较。结果126例早产儿中，出生时为宫内发育迟缓（IUGR）的占32．5％，出院时存在EUGR的占65．9％，EUGR的发生率明显高于IUGR。结论NICU中早产儿EUGR的发生率很高，应引起医务人员的重视，以期制定更为合理的营养支持策略。Objective To study the incidence of extrauterine growth restriction （EUGR）on prenmture neonates in NICU at the time they were discharged from the hospital. Methods Monitor the weights of 126 premature neonates in NICU discharged between January 1 and December 31,2011, and compare it with the standard percentiles. Results The incidence of intrauterine growth restriction （IUGR）was 32.5%, and the incidence of EUGR among 126 premature neonates was 65.9%, the incidence of EUGR being higher than IUGR. Conclusion The incidence of EUGR in preterm neonates is high, which should attract the attention of the medical staff, in order to develop a more rational nutritional support strategies.
