摘　　要：目的观察引流阀植入术治疗人工晶状体眼性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾性分析12例（12只眼）患者因人工晶状体眼性青光眼Ahmed青光眼阀植入。术前视力0．1～05，术前眼压18-44mmHg（1mmHg=0133kPa），平均（2437±5．46）mmHg。随访12个月。结果视力0．1-0．6；术后平均眼压13mmHg（11～23mmHg），显著低于术前眼压（P〈0．001）。术后12个月成功率为92％；术后并发症主要包括一过性低眼压（2只眼），浅前房（1只眼），脉络膜脱离（1只眼）。结论Ahmed青光眼阀植入可能是治疗人工晶状体眼性青光眼的有效方法。Objective To Observed drainage valve implantation in the efficacy of the treatment of IOL glaucoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 patients due to the artificial phakic glaucoma Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation.Pre-operative visual acuity from 0.1 to 0.5,Preoperative IOP 18- 44mmHg （lmmHg = 0.133 kPa）,Average （24.37±5.46） mm ttg.Followed for 12 months.Results Vision 0.1-0.6; The mean postoperative IOP 13mmHg （11-23mmHg）, Significantly lower than pre-operative IOP （P〈0.001）. 12 months after the operation a success rate of 92%; Post-operative complications, including a transient hypotony （two eyes）, Shallow anterior chamber （one eye）, Choroidal detachment （one eye）.Concluslon Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation may be an effective method of treatment of intraocular lens glaucoma
