摘　　要：在社会转型时期,中国人的社会化模式正在由传统向现代转变,由于规范真空和规范迷乱的存在,在一定程度上,造成了中国人社会化的困境。走出这种困境应更新传统的社会化目标与途径,确立符合国情与时代要求的现代理念,使个体顺利完成社会化,才能胜任所承担的社会角色。In the social transformation period, Chinese socialization model has been changing from tradition to modem times. The vacuum and confusion of social norms, to a certain extent, has caused the dilemma of Chinese socialization. To get out of this dilemma, we need update the traditional goal and way of socialization, establish a modem concept that is consistent with national conditions and requirements of times, help individuals finish self-socialization to undertake their social roles.
