摘 要:在飞机的维护工作中,对飞机防冰系统各部件进行性能测试和校验,是发现飞机防冰系统各部件异常的常用手段,对及时排除故障隐患,保证复杂气象条件下的飞行安全十分重要。本文采用AVR单片机及编码技术实现了某型飞机防冰系统中各部件的原位、离位性能参数的自动检测与校验;介绍了检测仪的软硬件设计、电阻信号及毫伏电压信号的实现方法;以C语言作为软件的开发语言,软件为模块化结构,增强了检测仪软件的可维护性及可扩展性。实验室和内场的检测结果表明,该检测仪提高了检测准确度和效率,满足了维护保障工作的急需。该检测仪已用于某型飞机防冰系统的维修保障工作中,实际应用效果良好。Testing and monitoring the parameters and performance of various components in aircraft anti-icing system is a general way for find- ing the anomalous state in the maintenance of aircraft. It is very important for trouble-shooting the latent fault and therefore guaranteeing the flight se- curity. Embedded single chip processor and cede technology are used to implement testing and monitoring the parameters and performance of various components in aircraft anti-icing system. The hardware and software design, the implementing methods of resistance signal and millivolt voltage sig- nal are introduced. C language is utilized as the development tool and the software of the detector is modularized in order to improve the maintain- ability and sealability of the detector software. The testing results in laboratory and working room indicate that the testing accuracy and efficiency are improved; the anomaly can be detected and found in time, and the demand of the maintenance work for the detector is met. This detector has been employed in the maintenance work for the aircraft anti-icing system, the actual application results are good.
