摘　　要：影响外径千分尺量杆测量结果的因素很多,本文以未研合的单个量块为标准,采用比较测量与直接测量相结合的方法对量杆进行测量,对此过程中引入的不确定度进行了分析评定。There are many factors that affect the measurement result of measuring rods of outside micrometer. The rods are measured in the way which combines the comparative measurement and direct measurement by using a single gauge block as standard. The uncertainty of this process is evaluated.
