摘  要:[目的]研究不同园林植物耕作方式对园林土壤酶活性的影响。[方法]采用园林土壤试验,研究几种园林植物栽培的土壤中土壤酶活性的变化。[结果]过氧化氢酶、脲酶在3年以上的园林植物栽培的土壤中出现了明显的变化;而在3年以下的园林植物栽培的土壤中脲酶活性的差异较小,过氧化氢酶活性的差异性相对显著一些。[结论]不同生长期的园林植物栽培的土壤中土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性存在着比较明显的差异。[ Objective ] Effects of different tillage ways on soil enzyme activities were studied in garden soil. [ Method ] Garden soil experiment was carried out to study the changes of soil enzyme activities in several garden plants soil. [ Result ] Catalase and urease activity had significant changes in several garden plants soil cultivated more than three years. Urease activity had relatively small changes in several garden plants soil cultivated less than three years. Catalase activity appeared relatively significant differences. [ Conclusion]The activities of catalase and urease existed significant differences in different growth stages of garden plant soil .
