摘　　要：[目的]测定川芎药材中的藁本内酯和欧当归内酯A的含量。[方法]采用HPLC法,色谱柱为SymmetryShieldTMRP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为280 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为10μl。[结果]藁本内酯和欧当归内酯A浓度在各自范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数R分别为0.999 0和0.999 1;测得各样品中藁本内酯含量为15.97～18.71 mg/g,欧当归内酯A的含量为0.67～0.81 mg/g。[结论]该方法准确,操作较为简便易行,精密度及重现性良好,可用于川芎药材的质量评价。[ Objective ] To determine ligustilide and levistolide A in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.. [ Method ] A HPLC analysis was performed on a SymmetryShield TM RP-CIs Column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）with the detection wavelength at 280 nm and acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. [ Result] The ligustilide and levistolide A showed a good relationship in the range of 3 - 11 DI （R --0. 999 0 and 0. 999 1 ,respectively） and the content of ligustilide and levistolide A in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. was 15.97- 18.71 mg/g and 0.67-0.81 mg/g,respectively. [ Conclusion] The method is easy to operate with high accuracy,precision and reproducibility, and can ire used for the quality assessment of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort..
