摘 要:[目的]了解浮筏种植水花生对养殖废水的净水效果。[方法]将水花生种植于浮筏上,直接置于盛有养殖废水的水池中,在种植前和种植期间分别测定废水的水温、透明度、化学需氧量、pH、氨态氮、总氮及总磷。[结果]浮筏种植水花生具有较高的净水效率,试验池的透明度上升62.1%(P<0.05),化学需氧量下降50.6%(P<0.05),氨态氮下降48.1%(P<0.05),总磷和总氮分别下降57.9%(P<0.05)和68.3%(P<0.05)。[结论]浮筏种植水花生可用于养殖废水的净化。[ Objective ] To study the water purification effect of floating raft cultivated Alligator alternanthera on breeding wastewater. [ Method ] Floating raft cultivated Alligator alternanthera was placed in pond with breeding wastewater. The water temperature, chemical oxygen demand ( COD), pH, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the waste water were determined before and during the test. [ Result] Alligator alternanthera had relatively high water purification efficiency in that the final transparency rose by 62.1%, chemical oxygen demand, am- monia, total phosphorus and total nitrogen decreased by 50.6% ( P 〈 0. 05 ), 48.1% ( P 〈 0.05 ), 57.9% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 68.3% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) respectively. [ Conclusion] Floating raft cultivated Alligator alternanthera is good for the purification of breeding wastewater.
