摘  要:[目的]为大蒜渣的合理利用和异育银鲫的健康养殖提供科学指导。[方法]用大蒜渣粉含量分别为0%、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%和5.0%的浮性膨化颗粒饲料饲喂异育银鲫,研究饲料中添加不同比例大蒜渣对异育银鲫生长性能、主要消化酶活性和非特异性免疫功能的影响。[结果]饲料中添加适量的大蒜渣可显著促进异育银鲫生长、降低饲料系数,提高蛋白酶、淀粉酶、溶菌酶和过氧化氢酶活性,降低丙二醛含量。[结论]饲料中大蒜渣的适宜添加量为0.5%~2.0%。[ Objective ] This study aimed to provide scientific guidance for rational use of garlic residue and the healthy breeding of Carassius auratus gibelio. [ Method] Carassius auratus gibelio was fed with the floating extruded feed pellets with 0%, 0.5% , 1.0% , 2.0% , 3.0% , 4.0% and 5.0% garlic residue to study the effects of adding different proportion of garlic residue in feed on the growth performance, the activities of main digestive enzymes and the non-specific immune function. [ Result] Adding the suitable amount of garlic residue in the feed could significantly promote the growth of C. auratus gibelio, decrease the feed conversion ratio, increase the activities of protease, amylase, lysozyme and hydrogen peroxide and decrease MDA content. [ Conclusion ] The suitable addition amount of garlic residue in feed was 0.5% -2.0%.
