摘 要:2011年春季和夏季分别对滦河口-北戴河海域进行了大型底栖生物调查,对比分析春季和夏季大型底栖生物种类数、丰度和生物量、优势种和多样性指数的差异。采用Bray-Curtis相似性系数聚类分析和多维排序尺度(MDS)分析相结合的方法,分析春季和夏季大型底栖生物群落结构。结果显示,春季可划分为3个群落,夏季可划分为4个群落。通过运用丰度生物量和AMBI指数法,分析大型底栖生物群落受干扰程度。结果表明,AMBI指数更能准确地评价滦河口-北戴河海域大型底栖生物群落健康状况。滦河口-北戴河海域大型底栖生物群落均未受到或轻微受到干扰。Macrobenthie communities were investigated at the Luanhc river estuary-Beidaihe in Spring and Summer of 2011. Differences in species quantity, abundance, biomass, the dominant species and species diversity index of mactobenthos were analyzed. Bray-Curtis cluster analysis and multi-dimentional sealing(MDS) analysis indicated that macrobenthic communities were divided into three communities in spring, and four in summer. ABC (Abundance/biomass comparison curve) method and AMBI were used to determine the levels of disturbance that macrobenthic communities were under. It showed that AMBI index could reflect the health of macrobenthic communities accurately. Macrobenthic communities were undisturbed or slightly disturbed in spring and summer.
