新兴城市城乡居民食品碳消费动态研究——以山东东营市为例

摘　　要：研究新兴城市居民食物碳消费对于研究城市化进程中碳消费机理,实现国家碳减排目标具有重要的作用。采用官方宏观统计数据,研究了2002～2010年东营市城乡居民食物碳消费变化动态及影响因素。结果表明,在食品消费结构、人均食物碳消费量及变化趋势、食物碳消费总量方面,城乡之间存在较大差异,但在人均食物碳消费量影响因素方面相同,城市人均食物碳消费上升,农村人均食物消费数量呈下降趋势。Pearson相关分析表明,影响城市和农村居民食品碳消费的主要因素是商品零售价格指数和城市人均可支配收入与农村人均纯收入,城乡居民食品碳消费量远低于北京、上海和安徽居民的消费水平。研究结果对应对城市化所产生的环境压力、实现碳减排具有重要的现实意义。The research on the food carbon consumption of residents in developing cities is of great significance to studying the carbon consumption mechanism and realizing the carbon emission reduction. According to the official macro statistical data,the variation and influence factors of food carbon consumption in Dongying were studied during 2002 -2010. As indicated by the results,there is a great gap between urban and rural areas in their food consumption structure, per capita food carbon consumption and its variation trend, as well as the total food carbon consumption amount, but the influence factors of per capita food carbon consumption are the same in urban and rural areas, the per capita food carbon consumption is increasing in urban areas, but is declining in rural areas; as indicated by the Pearson correlation analysis, the food carbon consumption in urban and rural areas is mainly im＇]uenced by the retailing price of products ,the per capital disposable income of urban residents ,and the per capita net income of rural residents. The food carbon consumption in this area is greatly below the consumption level of Beijing ,Shanghai and Anhui residents. The study results have great practical significance to coping with the environment pressure produced by urbanization and the target of carbon emission reduction.
